I recently sold my house in Natick MA using Board and Park closing the transaction on 6/19/20. I had to put the property on the market at the beginning of the COVID-19 surge. Obviously, I was extremely nervous taking such a risk as no one new how bad things would get. Tory, from Board and Park, successfully marketed the property navigating through all the COVID requirements and precautions. The whole process took 60 days and the best part was all parties involved were safe, secure, and healthy. I have no reservations recommending Tory in any kind of real estate transaction.
