Tory was superb to work with as she handled the sale of my mother's condo. With Tory's guidance and help, we were able to prep, post, and sell within weeks, and got above asking price! She made things easy by connecting us with a storage facility nearby, an attorney to close with, and handled many of the details such as final smoke detector inspection, final water etc., AND went above and beyond by taking a few leftover paint cans we left behind to the local recycling center herself!
