My husband and I just bought our first home here in Santee, California. Victoria was great with explaining the housing market to us. We were on a thin time line and we closed on our new home in 21 days. We also had a lot of issues with our home and she was responsive and helped us find the necessary people to help us. Wonderful experience with her and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home.
Very knowledgeable. Not only did I purchase my first house with Victoria in 2009, I also went back to retain her services again for the sale of that house in 2018. In the process of juggling the sell of that house Victoria also was my realtor on the purchase of my second house and she completed both transactions with flawlessness. There is no one better that you would or should want on your side. At this point, Victoria is pretty much family and we still converse even after 10 years and transactions are closed just because that is the type of person she is.
