I was very pleased with the agent. I wish that the price had been better, however, I understand how the market is at the present moment and the probable lack of improvement in the market in the next few years. I was selling my house (building another one closer to my grown children) and Victoria understood the significance of my home - my husband designed it and we built it to live there until we died.

Victoria is diligent, attentive, aggressive, and determined. She has a wonderful grasp of the market conditions and she is realistic but compassionate.

Victoria provided an extremely high level of service to our experience. She is so knowledgeable about the area, common housing problems, good contractors, etc that it made our jobs very easy. She is EXTREMELY prompt with follow ups and is always available. Victoria is very straightforward but also made us feel comfortable with our decisions. She also got us thoughtful gifts at our settlement (which was very unnecessary) - on the day we moved into our new house, she also surprised us with catered lunch. True class. We are going to really miss her!

I wish the firm could have delivered very firm advice when dealing w/ 1 obsessive hoarder. I know this is not your role & I really liked the way Victoria tried - just not sure if occasionally stronger? Silly, I know! Thank you very much for all the advice, support and sale.
