Victoria Dickinson is an outstanding agent.

We feel our agent Gina did a wonderful job and she kept us informed as events moved along.

Victoria was amazing. She truly goes above and beyond.

They were an excellent resource for us. They provided detailed explanations and was very informative in regards to possible repairs and damages. Being new to real estate they allowed us to explore every option and eventually steered us to the right home. We hope to continue to stay in contact and share our stories with future prospects.

Victoria set us up with her associate, who was very professional and let us explore the area for months. When we finally found our home they explained everything good and bad about the place and steered us to make our own decisions free from influence and opinion. They provided us all the information we could get to make an informed decision and with the team on our side we knew we were going to win any dispute and negotiation. All together they made our first time buying a home enjoyable and I would recommend working with them. Thank you so much!

My real estate agent is great!

Victoria Dickinson is phenomenally hard working and efficient - her reputation made us seek her out.

Fabulously hard-working and efficient - thinks of everything and goes the extra mile to help, even helps with straightening up house for a showing when necessary.

Victoria Dickinson was exceptional. She’s an excellent communicator who kept us informed each step of the way. In negotiations she’s outstanding. She is the best agent I have ever worked with so far. I would highly recommend her for her expertise and determination to do an excellent job!

My agent is one of the best. Very knowledgeable about houses. Patient to learn about our interest and needs, actively advising me and my husband, acted on our behalf. My agent was very responsive, highly organized and lined us up with other professionals. I would recommend to anyone I know and would work with again for our future real estate needs.

Our transaction was handled in a very professional manner. Clean, smooth, and successfully done. Highly recommend Victoria and her team. Courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We thought the whole Paterson-Schwartz team did an excellent job. Victoria, Gina and Megan were all great and very complementary. We felt they were working hard for us the whole time and doing everything they could to sell our house.
