Tori and her team was representing me in selling my house. She is terrific in terms of collaboration, communication and negotiation. Tori had done the market analysis and recommended listing price that was well thought of and had various comparison points. She also was very helpful in initially recommending to accept a bumpable offer (which was an artifact of snow/December listing) and then completed the transaction in a month from accepting the bumpable offer. She keeps a cool head when it comes to counterparts (buyer's agent) navigating difficult circumstances and working through the various stages/contingencies in the process of sale.
