Tori had done the market analysis and recommended listing price that was well thought of and had various comparison points. She also was very helpful in initially recommending to accept a bumpable offer (which was an artifact of snow/December listing) and then completed the transaction in a month from accepting the bumpable offer. She keeps a cool head when it comes to counterparts (buyer's agent) navigating difficult circumstances and working through the various stages/contingencies in the process of sale.
