Her knowledge of Moore County was exceptional, and much needed for a person moving in from another state, but her knowledge of Pinehurst specifically, particularly the Village, goes unmatched. Not only that, but she had the absolute best contractor contacts, and I was able to renovate (with the quality I expected - hard to find!) all before we moved in. She performed a detailed market analysis and worked collaboratively to objectively and quantitatively determine an aggressive but fair Listing Price. Victoria used creative tools to market the property. Her marketing efforts sparked significant interest from numerous interested and serious buyers. With Victoria's assistance, we were able to sell the house several months before completion and at a slight premium to an already aggressive Listing Price. The closing of the transaction was quite complex and Victoria expertly led the transaction to a successful conclusion.
