We listed in November 2018 and we sold in April, 2019. I took almost 6 months to sell. In November and December, we had showings but buyers were busy for family time. In January, we started having more showings every weekend and even for weekdays. But we did not receive any offers. I was somehow opportunistic because we had constant showings and some positive feedback. I should have known that many showing but no offers means price is high. Victor patiently convinced me that aggressive price is only deal making factor. He suggested “deal making price” and we reduced price based on his advise.
