Let me start by saying that I've gone through a few different realtors while trying to purchase my first home and there were NONE like Victor. In terms of his ability as a realtor, it is difficult to find anyone better than him. He will spend as much time with you taking you into the house and showing you around the house for as long as you need. The reason I enjoyed going on tours with Victor is because he is very honest. There were a few homes that I really liked and he was ready to advocate for me to get the home, but he also told me why the house probably isn't well suited for me. All the points that he brought up are excellent points as well. I was eager to find a home and overlooked some basic things. He kept me level headed but emphasized "if this is the home you want, we can go for it". His ability to break everything down for me in simple terms is something that I truly appreciate. There's a lot to learn the first time buying a home but he made things easier to understand. He showed up on time to all of the tours and we walked through the homes at my own pace. Another aspect to Victor that I appreciated is his knowledge of the market and as it adapts, so does Victor. The housing market at the current moment is less than ideal, but with his ability to adapt to the market, we were able to find a home that my wife and I absolutely loved. Where do I begin? Victor was prompt, attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. We expressed all our wants and needs in a house to him. He helped us find our dream house. And we did it in less than a month! Victor, was unbelievably flexible. He would work around our schedule and will take us to the homes we were interested in as many times as we wanted. Mr Fawaz is an excellent man very cooperative never push to buy it was a hundred percent our choice he just facilitated the process of viewing the houses we were giving him a list and he was super patient to choose our dream house 🏡 for a year and a half never felt that he was annoyed until we start like the houses and narrow our choices and we end up buying the right house I really never experienced more gentle and patient representatives than me Fawaz thank you
