I interviewed 7 professionals. I had actually selected a broker but changed my mind and went with Victor. I selected him for his depth of knowledge, attention to detail, competitive spirit and exceptional negotiation skills. This was a trustee sale and he rapidly worked through the problems. This helped us avoid many pitfalls and actually accelerated the sale of the house. Before signing with Victor I spoke with five of his clients. They were all very satisfied and would have gone with him again. Victor is a mortgage broker. This gives him a level of knowledge above a regular real estate agent or broker. This knowledge was exceedingly helpful as he prioritized the strength of each offer based on their financials and source of funding. He helped me pick the most motivated buyer with the best paper. This was a different experience from all the other real estate professionals I have dealt with. He also did a "coming soon" and used special software tools to see how the market was responding to the price of the property. That's so cool. His staff is excellent. Shayda did a strong showing. We got five offers in one day because he priced it right and showed it properly. Victor prevented us from spending $25,000 on unnecessary improvements before the sale of the house. He also has a company that helps prep the property for sale if you need it done. They where used for a few projects and performed well at a competitive price. They also provide free basic staging. That alone can save thousands of dollars. The title and escrow companies that he uses were always on It and available via phone or email. Very sharp people that to quickly cleared some issues on the title and helped us avoid some potential delays. I was so satisfied with the experience that I finally let go and just did what Victor said, when he said to do it. This was especially important on allowing him to set the price that created a competitive sell. Look forward to dealing with Victor's team again.

I don't usually write reviews, unless I had a bad experience, but in this case, I had a very good experience. Victor was very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I are older and needed help getting the house ready to sell. He put us in contact with people who helped us get closer the selling point quicker. I'm going to have to say I would recommend his help selling a house.
