Met Vic when I first moved to Atlanta in 2018 with a goal of becoming a homeowner. After going through a plethora of agents at kw I might add who refused to work with me because at the time I wasn’t a worthy candidate to buy. I was just looking to get familiar with the Atlanta market. Ever since then Vic has been an invaluable resource to me in my journey to homeownership. I am a first time home buyer so I had a bunch of questions and he was always there to answer whatever I needed although he knew he wasn’t making any money off me In the foreseeable future lol. He focused on building the relationship. Gave me credit building advice as well as words of encouragement when things got tough.
