Met Vic when I first moved to Atlanta in 2018 with a goal of becoming a homeowner. After going through a plethora of agents at kw I might add who refused to work with me because at the time I wasn’t a worthy candidate to buy. On a couple of occasions, in fact, he even pointed out potential problems with houses we clearly liked. No matter what we requested, he got it for us and quickly. He knows real estate well, he knows the areas in which he sells homes, and he is the consummate professional. We were unable to be present the day we closed, but he was there helping our daughter-in-law, to whom we gave our power of attorney, sign documents and close. He was incredibly easy to contact, no matter the day and the time. Apart from all of his strong professional attributes, Victor is an honest, hard-working individual, with great interpersonal skills. We are very likely to remain friends. He has, and more than deserves, our unqualified highest recommendation and we are more than pleased to give it to him.
