Victor was able to even tell us that a certain house we wanted to buy would not be a good idea because of its material and later on we found out it indeed would cost us a lot in repairs. Another house we wanted to buy Victor explained to us how overpriced it was and we didn't settle for the asking price, now the house is cheaper and still on the market.
