My husband and I decided to work with Victor because we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. As first time homeowners we wanted someone who would know everything we didn't know. Victor was able to even tell us that a certain house we wanted to buy would not be a good idea because of its material and later on we found out it indeed would cost us a lot in repairs. Another house we wanted to buy Victor explained to us how overpriced it was and we didn't settle for the asking price, now the house is cheaper and still on the market. The house we bought was perfect for our needs, a fair price (that Victor even negotiated) and we are very happy with how smooth the process was.
