Vicky helped my wife and I through a couple of years of house buying once in the middle of 2024 and again in 2026. She was very dedicated to finding my wife and I a home and not just selling us a house. She shot down plenty of houses even if we kinda liked them, being knowledgeable about houses on what is a big deal to fix vs what is little. She would answer our text late at night and was very on top of dates and deadlines often keeping us in the loop of paperwork changes and legal timelines. She knew how to write a contract to keep the seller and buyer both accountable for dates and requests. Overall I cannot say enough good things about Vicky and how she helped us in our buying process. She became my wife and I’s house buying mother. A great Christian woman and highly recommended.
