Several months ago, I was put in charge of selling our childhood family home. It was a daunting task but had to be done due to my mothers passing. For example, when an issue came up with a mistake made by the land surveyor she worked tirelessly often into the late evening trying to find the error. When the error was identified she was on the phone with the surveyor, and within minutes and the problem was rectified. I would highly recommend Vicky Hanson to anyone buying or selling property. She is truly a “Gem” working in the Gem City of Monrovia. A big plus is that she is equally knowledgeable with the surrounding neighborhoods as well. So in my opinion she is a win win choice.
