I had the pleasure of working with Vicky in the purchase of my first home. As a first time buyer, I found that there was much to learn along the way. Vicky was always available to answer questions, and was sensitive to my concerns and what I wanted in a home. She and her daughter, Brittany are very knowledgable about the values of homes in the area. I spent almost a year looking for the right home and they did not tire of looking until we found the right one! I would highly recommend Vicky if you are looking to buy a home.

Several months ago, I was put in charge of selling our childhood family home. It was a daunting task but had to be done due to my mothers passing. I met with a few different agents and was not impressed with their lack of knowledge for the area. When I first met Vicky Hanson it was like meeting and old friend. She grew up in the area and is very knowledgeable with the history, value and uniqueness of the neighborhood. I knew she was the perfect agent for us. So a few months later when I got the go ahead to list, I gave her a call and she came and met me the same day. She went over everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She prepared the papers and we were on our way. The house received multiple offers and was sold in under a week. She is phenomenal! She handled everything from start to finish. She definitely went above and beyond. For example, when an issue came up with a mistake made by the land surveyor she worked tirelessly often into the late evening trying to find the error. When the error was identified she was on the phone with the surveyor, and within minutes and the problem was rectified. I would highly recommend Vicky Hanson to anyone buying or selling property. She is truly a “Gem” working in the Gem City of Monrovia. A big plus is that she is equally knowledgeable with the surrounding neighborhoods as well. So in my opinion she is a win win choice.
