Superb Service

Vickie has a very calm demeanor and professional approach while working with seller’s. She asks great questions, knows the market very well, and is honest at evaluating what needs to be done in order to sell your home, i.e.; how to stage it, what to price it at and what to expect from potential buyers. Her knowledge and experience was incredibly valuable to us! Our house had a 3 day showing, 50 people walked through and she managed the agents inquiring and all of their questions while keeping us in the loop the whole time. I thought things were a little tricky when we had to decide on which buyer we were going to choose that’s where the expertise comes in. She really knows a lot about different types of loans and cash offers, and just the complexity that comes with choosing a buyer and their ability to make the sale goes smoothly. It’s pretty incredible the knowledge you have to have and understanding of all of the finances. that’s when you really want a veteran agent like Vicki on your side!!! I will definitely be using her in the future and sharing with all of my friends what a great experience I had!
