Vickie has a very calm demeanor and professional approach while working with seller’s. She asks great questions, knows the market very well, and is honest at evaluating what needs to be done in order to sell your home, i.e.; how to stage it, what to price it at and what to expect from potential buyers. I thought things were a little tricky when we had to decide on which buyer we were going to choose that’s where the expertise comes in.
