We are very impressed with Vickie! She is patient as it took us 6 months to find our dream home. She has very good knowledge of the Beaverton area and the individual neighborhoods. Every house we looked at she would point out the positives and negatives of the house. She keeps in mind what features your are looking for too. She is very up to date on her real-estate knowledge. One example I remember, we made an offer on a home and when the counter offer cam back, Vickie immediately notice the realtor was using an order version of the form. She informed him of it and asked for the counter offer on the current form. We were also selling our present home too! Vickie came in and was very frank about what had to be done to make our home more appealing to perspective buyers such as painting rooms, cleaning up clutter and yard beatification. Vickie also has quite the extensive list of trusted contractors if you need repairs done on the house you are selling or buying.
