My husband and I were really hoping to buy our first home this year, but at first there weren't many places we were interested in. Vicki worked with us all along the way, explaining everything to us and offering to get us showings of places quickly! Neither of us really knew much about the home-buying process, and it's scary to deal with all the paperwork and large sums of money leaving your account but Vicki did a wonderful job communicating with us, getting us a good deal, and offering us advice as a friend and not just as a realtor. We finally found an older house that we LOVED and Vicki was awesome as she helped us get in to see it a few times, and eventually we decided to buy it. The whole process was painless. She brought in a contractor and inspector that she'd worked with before to give us input before we placed an offer which we greatly appreciated. We know the house will be a little bit of a "project", but that's what we wanted and Vicki made sure we knew the ins and outs of the house before we officially purchased it.
