As with most markets these days, it was pretty competitive and we needed to decide quickly about each property we viewed if we wanted to submit an offer in time for it to be considered. When we decided we were very interested in the house that we bought, it happened to be a busy time for both Vicki and Braden, but they were still able quickly put the offer together for us. They were also very helpful in obtaining answers to the many questions about the house and the development where we were about to make our home. If there is something that you think you might want in regard to the house and Vicki hears you say it, she will latch onto it and run with it until it is resolved. She’s your representative and she won’t take no for an answer. We are quite happy with Vicki and Braden and would not think twice about using them again or recommending them to someone else.
We have worked with Vicki for the sale of our lot with success. She has done her homework on the property. Always making sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed. When she spoke to a person of interest she made sure she had the facts straight. As far as we are concerned Vicki is the best. She had an assistant (sorry can't remember name) who really helped her with the leg work and with the sale. Couldn't ask for a better combo.

It's hard to imagine anyone in Centre County who is more knowledgeable about residential real estate generally, and especially about the local market. Because she has served this area for as long as she has, and so well, Vicki can provide insights and options that just aren't possible through less seasoned agents. She'll introduce herself to neighbors of a property (if she doesn't already know them!) to get any inside scoops. She'll follow up on / respond to texts and emails at almost any hour of the morning or evening, and very quickly. Most important, Vicki does an expert job of balancing toughness and urgency with kindness and a no-pressure approach. She is the definition of excellent customer service - three thumbs way up!
