Vicki’s expertise and knowledge of the area led us to the discovery of our home that checked all the boxes! Her friendly personality made it easy for us to work with her and she negotiated well on our behalf. We had many questions and requests and Vicki always met our demands with patience and ease. Vicki was extremely helpful in the house selling process. We started by discussed what updates we should do to the house before listing; her understanding of the market help guide us to do the correct updates that would appeal to home buyers and yield the best return. Once we completed the updates, Vicki provide a designer to help put the final touches/staging to the house and a professional photographer (pictures and videotaped). I must admit, our house listing was extremely impressive and helped us sell the house in 4 days at 99.3% of asking price. Vicki was a fantastic selection for us and we worked well as a team. She was a pleasure to be with and was always professional. Vicki was very accommodating through the whole process. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Vicki for buying or selling a house.

Vicki helped us to sell our condo and purchase a new home. While the purchase was actually uncomplicated, the sale required quite a bit of intervention and assistance as we sold to a first time buyer using an unconventional mortgage company. Vicki sheltered us from many of the complications that would definitely have caused us concern. Working with Vicki allowed us to sleep at night while waiting to close. In the end, all went well, though not without drama. Vicki’s knowledge of the market, experience in overcoming potential roadblocks, and marketing skills made the process easier for us. If we ever need an agent again (and I’m hoping this was our last move), Vicki will be our first call.

Vicki was very professional in that every aspect of the buying our new home went well and every detail l from the initial viewing of the house to the closing. Vicki is a very caring person who makes sure that her clients needs were met. Vicki was knowledgeable about the market. Vicki's used successful negotiation skills with the agent therefore all concerns noted from the inspection were addressed and resolved. We would have to rate Vicki five (5) stars.

As a first time home buyer, I was a little scared that I may end up with a home that I would repent later. But then I came across Vicki and started the search. Right from picking the area to choosing the houses, she was very helpful in giving the right guidance and would dig up all the info needed on a house. I have found her to be very responsive when I wanted to look at a house or wanted information on one. Finally, when I found a home, thanks to Vicki's expertise and skills, during the entire process right from putting down the offer, negotiating to closing, everything was very well handled. She follows up every small stuff that needs to be done. I put an offer on June 3rd and by June 21st Vicki had followed up with everyone involved to make sure the documents for closing were all ready for signing. It was excellent coordination from her. Since I'm a first time home buyer, all the worries associated with a home buying process all seemed easy due to her help. With her honest inputs, expertise and responsiveness I knew I was in good hands for home hunting.

Vicki is amazing! I first spoke to her on March 9 and received the keys to my new house on April 17, during a pandemic! She helped expedite every step of the process and was very quick to address questions and concerns along the way. 10/10 would recommend.
