My experience with Vicente Arzate, Adrian and Alex was great. They are really good people and really good agents. They are knowledgeable and friendly, really easy going and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions and informed me of everything of the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. though Vicente's knowledge was OK, the people in charge of his listings were not. The process was long, painful and upsetting as someone got away with 7000 dollars worth of my jewelry.
Vicente is a wonderful agent. He is available 24/7 and made himself available whenever it was convenient for me. Not only is he knowledgeable about the market but he is on top of his work. If I had questions or concerns he would respond to me immediately. I would recommend him to anyone. I cannot say enough wonderful thing about him.
Vicente and his team are very knowledgeable and always in constant communication with its clients keeping us updated throughout the entire process. If we ever had a question and he was not immediately available, they would return our call. I personally believe communication is key when going through the process of purchasing real estate.
