He’ll have places for us to look at, not knowing if it was FHA approved or not. We’ll be interested in it, then later he’ll give us the bad news that the property wasn’t FHA approved. Not having the proper information on any property. We finally placed an offer on our house that we wanted, and was able to close on it….. Once we got it, we were missing gate remotes, keys for the mail box, stuff that was supposed to be collected from the previous owner and handed to us…… Once we try reaching out to him about all this, he just disappears…. Just ignoring us. Will definitely not recommend to someone.
