I had to have work done on my home and I asked for his help in finding contractors and ultimately selling, knowing that he had many contacts in the area for that sort of thing due to his years in the business. He helped me coordinate with contractors to get my home in the best shape possible to sell. Once on the market. Vic had the house sold within a week! He made negotiations easy and fast and helped me get all the final work done as requested. All of these things were done while I was out of state and Vic was able to stay on top of the extra repairs and contractors and lawyers and even getting my money deposited. Absolutely incredible job and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
