STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Vibha defines the word professional and is an absolute delight to work with in every regard. My wife and I began our looking at open houses in 2015. During our exhaustive search we met a plethora of capable real estate agents, but it wasn't until late in our search when we met Vibha that we knew with certainty we found the agent we wanted to work with. Through the process, she kept us informed, from listing, closing, and beyond. Before putting the house on the market, she recommended to keep the house is selling shape. True enough, the house got into attorney review in a month. The process was smooth. She got all the bank documents needed from us and we did not get to deal with our lender except confirmation e-mails. She helped us all the way to finding a place to rent. And she just did not want to find a place for us but made sure that we can afford. She encouraged us to rent lower and save more to be able to get back in track, financially. Vibha is very motivated to help you get the house you want. She tries to be very targeted when showing homes and is very straight forward about the process. I never felt like she was trying to push us into something we weren't comfortable with. She goes above and beyond to make sure closing is a smooth process. She even picked up important paperwork for us when my husband and I were at work so we could close on 12/31/2015. She is friendly and personable!
I and my wife met Vibha at one of open houses! The best part of her is that she tries and takes her time to know what kind of house we are looking for (brand new or particular style of house like raised ranch, bilevel etc). She responses asap. Another thing we like about her is that she adjusts herself according to clients' schedule. From my knowledge, she is the best real estate agent for the clients who are really busy in their business or jobs! Her recommendations for attorney, inspector, mortgage consultants are excellent.
Going through the process of selecting and buying a home with you worked out exceptionally well. For me as first time house buyer in the US it was extremely helpful to get some guidance on the process steps as well as some recommendations and hints to go through a smooth transaction. The overall experience was excellent - really hard for me to think about something that you could have done better. I really liked the fact that you haven't called me a single time to remind me on due dates or to push for deliverables. We managed to close in record speed and without any troubles which is how things should go :-)
