Vianah is nothing short of amazing – I cannot add anything new to the praises that others have written about. From start to finish she made all aspects of selling our home so simple and stress-free. Vianah was always thinking ahead and preparing for any challenges that could have come up with showing our property. We were always informed and I feel like she always provided her honest (knowledgeable) recommendations that put my family first. We cannot thank her enough!

We just closed on our home on March 29th, 2024. We honestly would not have bought a home for a couple years if she didn’t think it was possible. We went to her with questions on what was possible and what we could look at. She said she knew exactly what we needed with our large family and desire for it to be move in ready. She found a new Cali floor plan available in a great neighborhood with all kinds of amenities we never even thought of looking for. It’s beautiful here. Our process was a little harder than most since we had personal hurdles. But she made it easier. Called whenever something was needed. Explained in detail what was needed and why. And communicated with anyone and everyone she needed to so I didn’t have to. Just provided the papers. My husband also switched jobs halfway through our contract and we still closed! If you are looking for a new home or property she is the woman need!

When we were discouraged with the process, she reassured us, and the outcome was better than we ever expected. She is practical, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy...I cannot recommend her enough!

Vianah has been wonderful from the beginning! She went over and above to help us, which was greatly appreciated, as we were on the other side of the state. She was even able to locate some local dance schools for our girls! She is super flexible with your schedule as well. She really listens to what you need and want and can afford and only sends and shows you those that fit what you need. She is super knowledgeable about the real estate market, pricing, utilities, etc. I would absolutely recommend Vianah to ANYONE! You will not be sorry! ??????????
