Vianah was always thinking ahead and preparing for any challenges that could have come up with showing our property. We just closed on our home on March 29th, 2024. We honestly would not have bought a home for a couple years if she didn’t think it was possible. And communicated with anyone and everyone she needed to so I didn’t have to. Just provided the papers. My husband also switched jobs halfway through our contract and we still closed! Vianah has been wonderful from the beginning! She went over and above to help us, which was greatly appreciated, as we were on the other side of the state. She was even able to locate some local dance schools for our girls! She is super flexible with your schedule as well. She really listens to what you need and want and can afford and only sends and shows you those that fit what you need. We had our home listed with another agent and they didn’t put the effort into getting it sold. They just kept pushing us to drop the price. Our contract lapsed with them and we hired Vianah. I found her on Facebook because I saw her constantly marketing properties and posting homes she was holding open houses for (that my precious agent claimed was a waste of time). Vianah jumped right in and handled it like a boss. Hired a new photographer who came in and took incredible pictures, got it back on the market (at the price we wanted it), and held an open house the first weekend she had the listing. We received multiple offers within the first week and a half on the market. Accepted one over asking price and closed a few weeks later. She handled everything and left us to stress about nothing. She is a no bull kind of person and tells it’s directly like it is. I really appreciated that about her! If you want an agent that has your best interest at heart, and will go to bat for you. She is so professional and still so kind and caring. She takes your purchase or sale very seriously and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers. She is a neat person with lots of life experience so she really knows a lot about anything related to your house and will for sure let you know if she doesn't but she will find out!
