I can't say enough good things about Veronica Regan! Veronica went so above and beyond to help me in buying my new home in Parhump, NV, and in successfully getting me to a smooth house settlement. And mine was a very difficult buy, as I live in New Jersey (and had very specific requirements on the type of house and property that I wanted) but could only look at potential homes using Zillow. Veronica went out countless times to look at the potential houses I selected. She was my eyes and I had to depend on her to accurately report back to me how the houses were in reality. In my house buying journey, I feel that Veronica treated me like she would have treated a good friend (and I feel like she is that to me now), and looked out for me and my needs and interests in every way possible! We also had to make a few repairs to the house after the inspection, Roni knew exactly who to call on to effect the needed maintenance or repair. Roni's knowledge of the area market was superb, and provided to be spot on. In a time of slow sales she came to an estimate for a sales price and we weren't far off in the end. This all occurred over 7 months, which was very stressful to me. Lots of ups and downs due to the Solar and maintenance processes. Roni was solid as a rock, keeping every thing on track to the final closing. Never flustered or without sound and wise advice to me.
