I can't say enough good things about Veronica Regan! Veronica went so above and beyond to help me in buying my new home in Parhump, NV, and in successfully getting me to a smooth house settlement. And mine was a very difficult buy, as I live in New Jersey (and had very specific requirements on the type of house and property that I wanted) but could only look at potential homes using Zillow. Veronica went out countless times to look at the potential houses I selected. She was my eyes and I had to depend on her to accurately report back to me how the houses were in reality. Veronica always came through for me, pointing out why she, herself, would or would not buy a particular home. Veronica was also very knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying in Parhump. I did go out to Parhump for a week to meet with Veronica and view the house I tentatively selected. Even then, Veronica had me look at other possible homes just to be sure of my selection. Veronica then helped me find qualified home inspectors for general inspecting, pests, well, septic, etc., and filled out paperwork on numerous occasions to provide to the seller our concerns from the inspections regarding the house I finally selected. Veronica also kept me posted on all time schedules. In my house buying journey, I feel that Veronica treated me like she would have treated a good friend (and I feel like she is that to me now), and looked out for me and my needs and interests in every way possible! Her communication and professionalism is beyond reproach. You definitely can't go wrong if Veronica is your realtor!!

Property for sale for sometime. Was very assertive in getting to listed and for sale at a price reflected of the area. Upon doing that the property sold rather quickly.
