Veronica exceeded all of our expectations. She did incredible research on the housing market in our area and convinced us to set the asking price higher than we had planned. We had an offer within the first week. The buyer proved to be somewhat difficult to deal with but Veronica kept a positive attitude continually encouraging us to roll with the punches the buyer threw at us. She was right and the buyer finally was satisfied. We recieved far more from the sale than we ever expected. Veronica is pleasant, hard working, reliable, easy to talk to, responsive to her client's needs and she maintains a positive "can do" attitude throughout the whole experience. Veronica was the best! She understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to get me in to see houses as soon as she possibly could. It was with her advice that I was able to purchase my home as a first time single home buyer. Perrysburg' s houses go fast and she was able to get me in the first day. Since there were multiple other buyers there at the time she advised me to sit down with her right after and put the offer in if I really wanted this house (which I did!). There were some ups and downs but eventually I was the successful bidder and she walked me through everything every step of the way. Veronica really stepped up at any hour of the day she was there for me. She is the best!

We contacted Veronica after talking with friends and having them highly recommended us.
