Veronica has been with us for the past year and a half, advised us to clean declutter the house. We also have made improvements to the house by putting in drywall, paint, new hardware, new carpet, and a new floor. We liked the house better than it was before. Great experience selling my house! Our initial meeting she hear me out, what I had to say about the property as well as a number i was looking to get out of it. After hearing what I had to say she busted out pages of market research and other properties both listed and sold that were comparable to mine so we had reference points as well as we could see what we were competing with. Afterwards we both agreed that in the current state my number was maybe not way off but was in fact a little high. She then helped me come up with a refurb plan to fix some small things to elevate the property and get much closer to the number I had in mind. When it was time to sell she helped stage the property. All and all a good experience and though I am pretty sure I'm in my current house for the long haul would use Veronica again if I had a need.
