It has been 50 years since we have purchased a home. Having been fortunate to find a real-estate agent that had many years of local experience of successful real estate transactions, was truly a blessing. Veronica Ramos was very accommodating arranging the various home tours around our schedule. After several failed offers she helped us strategize our next and final offer leading to a successful closing. The home buying process is a difficult process to navigate and having someone with Veronica's expertise in the home purchase maze, is the best advice we can give. She was also able to suggest some additional contractors that could facilitate any upgrades to our new home. We are confident that her knowledge of the current housing market will be of value during the sale of our current home. She is also very savvy in her marketing strategy, suggesting that we stage our former home with our own furnishings and her planned "realtor-only" open house prior to officially listing on the open market.

There is so much effort to buying a house and so much to consider. I had no idea there are so many ways a house can be built. Each is different and changes the way you will live with that house and its value to your family. Veronica’s experience helped us understand the pros and cons of each house we looked at and the area around it. Her technical knowledge of houses saved us on more than one occasion. She’s so good at helping you understand what may be behind the walls of houses of different ages. What may need to be replaced long term, and what would need to be replaced short term for safety reasons. All things that likely would have technically passed an inspection, but would have been a problem long term. Veronica’s expertise gave us so much comfort throughout this process. She laid everything out in a way that we could understand and follow and feel like we were making the best decisions we could. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
