Ms. Garcia is a fantastic realtor with strong negotiation skills and an expert in the process of home buying/selling. From when I purchased the home to when I was ready to sell, her hands-on approach and care of every detail made the sale of my home seamless. I appreciate the updated photography for advertising, the recommendations on cleaning crews, and her availability around the clock to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend her as her expertise made this home sale a success. I was able to close on the selling from across the country!
