Verene was helpful from the very beginning...
Verene was helpful from the very beginning. From marketing to listing price setting and to the timing of placing our home on the market, she listened to us and guided us in a thoughtful and knowledgeable way. Throughout the sale, she handled everything in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. When problems arose she would calmly explain options and procedures. The sale of our home went very quickly. This had a lot to do with Verene's marketing methods. She hired professional photographers and a videographer to present our home in the best possible light. She handled negotiations in our best interests. We highly recommend Verene Sutton to be your realtor! -Jon & Nancy K.
