My family and I moved to FL in 2018 for the military. We struggled to find a rental that was reasonable and within our standards for having a small child. She made your situation her own and it was a relief we found such an awesome realtor. She responded to all our questions and if she didn't know she was going to find out. She had great resource recommendations and we couldn't of had it any easier when it came to having a new home built. Fast forward 3 yrs. The military was moving us again and we weren't sure if Vera would be interested in listing our home because it was not a new build. Well, she as always was thrilled to hear we wanted to work with her again. She hadn't changed her tactics. She was aggressive on the sale and since it was our first home sale, she made it easy for anyone to understand which made us more comfortable. She did an amazing job capturing our homes image and she was experienced enough to know how to get top dollar for our home. I can't say this enough. She was an absolute blessing to find coming from another state. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a honest, knowledgeable and confident realtor. Kenny and Vera are the kindest and nicest realtors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. It took 7 months to finalize this deal and they were there the whole step of the way.
