Venissa worked with me and my family to help us find a home. She went above and beyond what most agents that we tried working with do, as a Buyer's agent. She was always professional and courteous and treated my family with kindness and respect. After negative experience with our realtor who sold our home, working with Venissa was truly a God-send. She made sure that we would not be taken advantage of again. I felt like she took care of me and my family every step of the way and her communication skills were superb too. She has the knowledge-base, experience and expertise. Venissa is our favorite home shopper - but, not only that. She truly knows how to represent her client's best interests and still maintain integrity and honesty. Venissa did a wonderful job in meeting the price target for us and sticking to it from beginning to end. The condition of the house was needing a staging and overhaul. She handle everything for us. The title work and all documentation was handled very quickly and easy. The level of professionalism and attention was above and beyond what had been expected. Will recommend her to anyone for a happy and professional sale or purchase!

Venissa helped navigate us through the offer price for the home to be the successful bidder in this current crazy market. We had several previous offers that were not successful due to my decisions and not following her advice. This house we ran with her advice and now have the home.
