Venessa gets involved and has in depth knowledge both from the sales and purchase aspect. Our particular issue was selling our home in Texas (which we managed through my Texas broker) and timing the closing in Florida with Vanessa so that the closing in Texas and Florida were seamless. Our goal was to purchase the Florida property via cash deal. Timing of the two deals was critical. To assure that we close on schedule in Florida, Venessa set up a financing arrangement in an event the cash deal did not complete on time. All in all everything went very smoothly and we did not require any financing for closing. We fully recommend Vanessa and her team for their professionalism in managing our unique situation.
