I would like to provide my experience with Vanessa during the sale of my home in Magnolia Estates. I found her to be candid and prepared when we discussed marketing and pricing of our home. She guided us through the staging recommendations and comparable properties which had sold. while there was no pressure, we agreed on a price and had the home listed. She was very communicative and informed us our house was sold to the first people to see it, who offered full asking price. The home was inspected with many concerns expressed in the inspection report. Vanessa informed the other agent, the only repairs which would be considered are those which presented a safety issue. Having repairs made and documented, Vanessa assisted in conveying items we did not want to take with us and sold them to the prospective buyers at a fair price. Vanessa accompanied us to the settlement and assisted in our closing.
