Initially, I was using another agent that I was not happy with before Varsha was recommended to me and she did not disappoint me. I explained to her what type of house I was looking for and that I needed it in a short amount of time. She always had multiple homes for me to look at so as not to waste the hour drive to get to her. She was able to explain the type of neighborhood and all the benefits of it. Once I found the house, she was prepared with the paperwork that was necessary to make my offer. She was always on top of the transaction each step of the way so I didn't miss a deadline before closing. And after my closing, Varsha has called to find out how I am doing and if I am happy with my house. I would definitely recommend her to everyone and also have her as my agent again in the future.

Varsha is an amazing realtor, with excellent staging skills, a "get it done" attitude, and creative ideas. My first experience with her was in 2003 when she sold my first home (small condo). I was quite young, and didn't have the common sense to clean up the condo to get it sold. Varsha came in, literally cleaned up, placed fresh flowers and sweet air fresheners, and got the place sold in no time! Furthermore, being a long term realtor vs. a newbie on the block, she has many referrals so far as bankers for mortgages, ideas for decorating, favorite stores, etc. I'd recommend her over and over as a reputable, high integrity, professional real estate agent.
