Varsha is an amazing realtor, with excellent staging skills, a "get it done" attitude, and creative ideas. My first experience with her was in 2003 when she sold my first home (small condo). I was quite young, and didn't have the common sense to clean up the condo to get it sold. Varsha came in, literally cleaned up, placed fresh flowers and sweet air fresheners, and got the place sold in no time! Furthermore, being a long term realtor vs. a newbie on the block, she has many referrals so far as bankers for mortgages, ideas for decorating, favorite stores, etc. I'd recommend her over and over as a reputable, high integrity, professional real estate agent.

Initially, I was using another agent that I was not happy with before Varsha was recommended to me and she did not disappoint me. I explained to her what type of house I was looking for and that I needed it in a short amount of time. She always had multiple homes for me to look at so as not to waste the hour drive to get to her. She was able to explain the type of neighborhood and all the benefits of it. Once I found the house, she was prepared with the paperwork that was necessary to make my offer. She was always on top of the transaction each step of the way so I didn't miss a deadline before closing. And after my closing, Varsha has called to find out how I am doing and if I am happy with my house. I would definitely recommend her to everyone and also have her as my agent again in the future.

My experience with Varsha Chandra has been nothing short from wonderful. Varsha is always very attentive to customer needs and wants. Simply put... Varsha is AWESOME!! She relentlessly worked with me and was able to find my PERFECT new home literally within 3 days. I don't know how she did it, but she gave me her COMPLETE and undivided attention. I essentially felt like I was her only client . If her search expertise wasn't amazing enough, her NEGOTIATION skills are EXTRAORDINARY. Her knowledge of the purchase process was quite an invaluable asset. Having bought an sold several houses in NY and CT, and being new to Florida - I was totally unfamiliar with the process. Varsha effortlessly guided me through the new sequence and her actions always demonstrated that I was her main priority whether dealing with the seller, the title company, and even my loan officer.

Varsha is the utmost professional. I had the pleasure of being introduced to her and worked with her for over a year to buy my first home which I'm very happy with. She held my hand from beginning to end and is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, resourceful, and goes the extra mile to make her clients know she cares. She streamlined the entire process from day one and detailed the up's and downs being this was my first time buying my home. I believe anyone who works with her will be thoroughly pleased with her stellar work ethic and professionalism!

We used Varsha when I was re located to South FL from Houston TX. We had no idea where to even start looking. After our first visit with Varsha she immediately had a good idea of what we were looking for and the right areas to look in. Varsha was professional and very helpful the entire process. Varsha made the home finding process fun and as stress free as can be, given the anxiety of searching for a new home. Varsha helped through the negotiating process along with reccomendations of when to move and when to stand firm. She was a great help and very knowlegable.

We have used other realtors in the past but our experience with Varsha was refreshingly different. She REALLY helped us understand the process and guided us every step of the way. Her depth of knowledge in Real Estate is amazing. Additionally she is extremely personable and a true professional. She represented us well during a tough negotiation process and ended up saving us a lot of money. We have since recommended Varsha to all our friends that are interested in selling or buying a home. We would not consider anyone else.
