We came to know Varsha through a random search on the internet for a real estate agent and we were lucky to have found her. We were moving from a different state and were looking for a house in and around Palm Beach County. It took us quite a while to decide on a house, but Varsha was patient and worked tirelessly and meticulously and never gave up. Varsha was recommended by a very good friend. When she came to the house and met her for the first time, I was very comfortable with her that I didn’t even consider contacting any other realtor. She came prepared with stats on market situation and comparable sales. We were under contract to build a new house and we specifically told her that we want to close and move to the new house before closing on the old one. Varsha specified the closing date on the contract. Considering the current aggressive real estate market, the timing of these two events is very crucial to us. Varsha suggested the exact date when to launch the sale. Her photographer is amazing as well and beautifully photographed the property. After two days of showing, we received five offers. During negotiations, Varsha added a clause to the contract that any HOA assessment payable after closing will be the responsibility of the buyer. It turned out this clause saved us some money. We closed on the sale, 12 days after we moved out! And we found a new friend!
