Working with Vanessa was a great pleasure. We were faced with selling our family home of 50 years and our family had worked with Vanessa years ago... we decided to give her the opportunity again. The home is historic and old. Vanessa is a master of these types of homes ( inclusive with an MA in historic preservation). She helped guide us through ways in which some of the outdated aspects could be transformed to open the home. Change some colors.... At all times she was aware and careful of costs, pros and cons of doing certain kinds of change, and most importantly to keep the incredible vibes that the home ( 1928) exuded so well. She was always available by phone and in person for questions and concerns. Her team of photographers and stagers really helped to accentuate and create the feeling we wanted to convey. Vanessa knows her markets. When it came time to price she came in with great suggestions that reflected the reality of the world and not some fanciful wish that many seem to get. In the end the home sold quickly with little to no problems.... please consider giving her your attention and trust. You won't regret it.
