Vanessa deserves six stars.

We found Vanessa after having a disappointing realtor experience with one of those YouTube realtors. Having had to manage two escrows ourselves, due to his inefficiency, Vanessa was a godsend. We have since closed on three properties with her, and cannot sing her praises high enough. She is a great communicator, is quick to respond to emails and texts, has a great grasp of current real estate market conditions, is patient with changes of heart, and can make it past obstacles and difficult escrows with a smile. We highly recommend Vanessa as our realtor of choice.
