When we first started with Vanessa we were looking for a rental thinking that home ownership was a bit further off than we could handle. After talking with Vanessa and her relaying the benefits and opportunities that come along with it we decided to buckle down and put in the work. She checked in with us over the span of 2 years while we fixed our credit, then tragedy struck our family not once but twice in the span of two weeks. Both my husband and I had lost our fathers. Once we had grieved we knew it was time, and Vanessa took the reins with care and acknowledgement of our situation and pretty fresh wounds. Real estate is a tricky business we have come to find out, but we ultimately found a home that we did not have to compromise a bit for. It is everything we wanted and more !
