Wonderful Estate Agent

I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa as my buyer agent after initially meeting her as a listing agent. Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure that both the seller and I were satisfied with the final price. She dedicated a significant amount of time to facilitate communication between us, always ready to go back and forth to negotiate effectively. Vanessa took the time to show me the houses, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns. She was diligent in ensuring that everything was in order before the walkthrough day, which gave me great peace of mind. Vanessa has a remarkable ability to understand the emotional aspects of buying a home. Highly recommend. I’m grateful for her assistance in making my home-buying experience a positive one!
