When our home listed, Vanessa provided us with emails of each offer with a succinct summary at the top, which is amazing considering we got dozens upon dozens of offers! My wife and I were ridiculously busy in the weeks surrounding the sale of our house, but Vanessa was patient, flexible, and wonderfully responsive. Lastly, Vanessa had an idea for our homes’ price point, which at first we were hesitant about, but we trusted in Vanessa’s foresight and expertise and our home closed for so much more than we ever hoped for! We are so glad we placed our trust in Vanessa. I could not have asked for a better realtor and it is no exaggeration to regard Vanessa as more than a realtor; as family.

With me being a first time home buyer I needed special attention. Vanessa walked me through the process step by step. I had a million questions and she was always happy to help.
