Recently retired and living out of state we needed to find a COS realtor. We had a phone interview with Vanessa after reading many online reviews like this one. She struck us as knowledgeable, experienced, and confident without being overly so. Together we came up with a plan where we would consider both new build or buying used. She helped us evaluate local builders and arranged for our initial COS builder interviews. We settled on a builder and today we're living in our dream home. Vanessa was with us every step and made the process smooth and uneventful. Numerous times during the design phase she stopped us from making mistakes with sage advice. One example of many is that we initially thought we wanted a walk out basement, but she rightly pointed out that we would enjoy a walk out from the main level much more...and she was so right. She advised on colors, materials, where to invest and where to save, etc. She significantly increased our home value at minimal cost. I swear there were times Vanessa knew more about what we wanted than we did.
