She then found and directed the renovation contractor through the entire process, and arranged landscaping prior to the sale. Throughout the process, which spanned several months, she maintained frequent communication with me, ensuring that I had clarity about project status, and could make informed decisions as things came up. I could not have done all that she did even if I had been present. She took on a role significantly outside what a broker usually does, and handled it expertly, and the result was a gorgeous condo that sold quickly at market price.
